Chenette, Jeanie, Hiland Pibroch with Interlude
A traditional Scottish dance with Interlude arranged for three lever or pedal harps by Jeannie Chenette. Suitable for beginner or intermediate level. These tuneful Celtic ensemble pieces are written for beginning-intermediate harpists and include placings and fingerings for easier reading. Each has three harp parts and each part has a significant role in the music.
The "Highland Pibroch" is a great piping tune played on three harps! Cross rhythms and a quick tempo make this an exciting ensemble piece. The interlude contrasts well with the piping tune and gives players a chance to prepare for the final fast section.
