Pool, Ray (arr.), Tea at the Waldorf Vol. 2
Ray Pool's second volume from his "Tea at the Waldorf" series. These selections are all original arrangements used by Ray Pool during his Sunday afternoon teas at the famous Waldorf hotel in New York City. Unlike the "swinging" tunes of this first volume, these songs are much more relaxed, romantic ballads. All of the titles are drawn from Ray Pool's "The Harpist's Fake Book." They are arranged at the advanced intermediate level, with some tricky pedal changes. Lyrics are included. 43 pages. Includes: Hammerstein / Romberg - Softly, As in a Morning Sunrise Mercer - Dream Mercer / Mancini - Days of Wine and Roses Gummoe - Rhythm of the Rain Mercer / Bloom - Fools Rush In Piaf / David / Louiguy - La Vie en Rose MacDonald / DeSylva / Gershwin - Somebody Loves Me Hammerstein / Romberg - Lover, Come Back to Me!
