Scottish Marches, Strathspeys, and Reels for intermediate lever harp
This collection of traditional Scottish music is intended to provide harpists with a basis for forming sets of pieces that pair well together in a performance setting. Each tune is provided in at least two keys, in order to give the harpist flexibility when connecting the tunes. Usually the versions also differ in the level of difficulty. Ornamentations are included sparingly in order to give the harpist a basis on which to build their own personal ornamentation style. Notes on the history of the tunes are included, as well as a list of recommended recordings. There is also a list of books from which Jo Morrison drew her information when compiling this book. Overall the book is arranged at the early intermediate level, with some pieces stretching to advanced intermediate. Appropriate for lever harp, but also playable on the pedal harp. 96 pages.

Etudes for lever harp, advanced beginner to intermediate level
A rather unusual book of exercises for the lever harp student. Mitch Landy developed these exercises and etudes in an attempt to make practicing such things a little less tedious. For arpeggios, for example, rather than play the same one over and over in different octaves, this books makes them more musical. The arpeggios occur on different chords producing what Landy calls "at least a rudimentary musical structure". All of these exercises are suitable for lever harps. Several of the pieces in this volume are offered in more than one version. Some of these represent levels of difficulty, and successive versions may be played as variations. Some pieces are transposed to enable them to be played on a 26 string lap harp. Advanced beginner to intermediate level material for lever harp. Keys up to two sharps and one flat.
